Follow the journey of Dr. Abiy Worku and Dr. Solomon Goshu, two of only six fully trained orthopedic trauma surgeons serving the 130 million residents of Ethiopia, out of a repurposed hotel. They team up with an American surgeon, Dr. Archie Heddings, to combat the global rise in trauma. The film takes you into Ethiopia’s only public trauma center, where hallways overflow, electricity flickers, and equipment shortages demand ingenious solutions to keep patients alive.
