About Our Documentary

Due to industrialization in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, trauma is claiming lives at an unprecedented rate. As the city’s population and labor force grows, injuries have skyrocketed. Our documentary follows the journey of Dr. Abiy and Dr. Solomon, two dedicated fellows from Addis Ababa who are part of our Physician Fellowship Program. Together, they are taking on the challenge of combatting the trauma epidemic in their homeland. The full documentary is set to release in 2025. (IOTC) is currently in the process of applying for tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code by filing IRS Form 1023. Although IOTC is operating as a nonprofit tax-exempt organization, IOTC has not yet received recognition of its tax-exempt status from the IRS.
